Our bookkeeping functions spread over a wide variety of services all related to bookkeeping. In essence every business, whether it is a one man business, partnership, Closed Corporation or Pty Ltd, needs to hand in financial statements at the end of the financial year. We as your bookkeepers keep your books up to date on monthly basis and at the end of the financial year our accountants and auditors will complete the financial statements and prepare them for SARS. We will then submit your financial statements to SARS and handle any queries from SARS on your behalf.

We can also take care of your payroll and personal income tax as well as handing in of income tax assessments and tax claims at the end of the financial year. We also take care of your business’s UIF, VAT and SDL applications and payments.

An added benefit is the we take care of your debtors and will contact them as your bookkeeper and apply further pressure on your debtors so payments can be done. If payments are not received on time, our lawyers will also assist in collecting of outstanding funds.
